By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the 288k platform (accessible at https://288k.club and its associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with 288k's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 288k. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Accessing the platform after the effective date shown above confirms your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as currently published.

288k reserves the right to refuse service, suspend an account, or terminate access to any player at its sole discretion, including where it determines that a player has violated these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

To register and maintain a 288k account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288k is an adult-only platform and strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts may not register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from 288k or any other gaming platform where such exclusion extends to 288k.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

Age Verification: 288k conducts age verification checks during the registration process and may request documentary evidence of age (such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence) at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Where age verification cannot be completed to 288k's satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is resolved. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified age are subject to forfeiture.

Players who discover or suspect that a minor has gained access to a 288k account registered in their name are required to notify 288k support immediately at [email protected].

Each eligible player may register one (1) account with 288k. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national ID or passport)
• Date of birth
• Residential address (including city and division in Bangladesh)
• Active mobile number (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket if applicable)
• A valid email address you control
• A secure password of your choosing

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 288k will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately. 288k accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their login credentials with third parties.

Know Your Customer (KYC): 288k may at any time require players to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

All financial transactions on 288k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 288k does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals for the payment methods listed below. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees; 288k is not responsible for any charges levied by your mobile financial service provider.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. 288k may request confirmation of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

Bonus Balances: Funds derived from bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

Maximum Withdrawal: 288k may impose daily, weekly, or monthly maximum withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted at 288k's discretion and players will be notified of any material changes.

288k offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit for this offer is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to contribute.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and free spins must be used within 14 calendar days of being credited to your account. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the expiry period is removed automatically without prior notice.

Where bonus abuse is detected, 288k reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Seasonal Promotions: Offers tied to BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other events carry their own specific terms, which are published on the promotions page at the time of the campaign. General bonus terms apply where specific terms are silent.

288k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

288k is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. As a condition of using the platform, players agree to engage with 288k's responsible gaming tools and to use the platform solely as a form of entertainment within means they can afford to lose.

Player-Initiated Controls: Every 288k account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen reminders that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a self-defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 180 days). During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 288k account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 288k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, where the player has knowingly misrepresented their location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 288k platform, its games, or its underlying software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 288k staff or other players.

288k employs transaction monitoring, behavioural analytics, and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding account suspension or forfeiture made on the basis of detected prohibited conduct are final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in the platform's support documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288k's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288k shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunity arising from any service interruption or downtime.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider errors, delays, or system outages affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer processing.
• Inaccuracies in displayed odds or game data caused by technical errors, provided such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
• Losses or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond 288k's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

288k makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. 288k's liability for scheduled downtime is expressly excluded.

Governing Terms: These Terms & Conditions are the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between 288k and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 288k's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so at a later time.

Updates to These Terms: 288k may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
